Psychologist or Psychological Associate - Independent Contractor

Autonomous or Supervised Practice
Position Overview

We are seeking a Registered Psychologist or Psychological Associate (registered with the College of Psychologists and Behaviour Analysts of Ontario [CPBAO]) to join our team. We welcome applications from clinicians working autonomously or in supervised practice. Supervision is available for those in supervised practice. Psychology residents who are near completion of their training program and intend to apply for registration with CPBAO are also encouraged to apply.

We are particularly seeking clinicians with a strong interest and experience in working with children, youth, and families, including parent consultations. Experience or interest in working with neurodiverse populations is considered an asset.

This is a flexible independent contractor position with a competitive fee split and additional incentives. We offer both part-time and full-time opportunities. The role may be in-person (primarily part-time) or virtual/hybrid (full-time). At this time, clinicians will have access to our fully furnished offices for in-person work during weekday afternoons and evenings, as well as full-day Mondays and weekends.

Clinicians have the flexibility to determine their scope of practice, including providing psycho-educational assessments, ADHD and autism assessments, other mental health diagnostic assessments, and/or evidence-based interventions.
Our Space

Our offices are fully furnished, feature large windows with abundant natural light, and are conveniently located near the St. Jacobs Farmers’ Market with easy highway access. One office is particularly spacious and thoughtfully designed to comfortably accommodate family-based work, including sessions with children and caregivers.
